Book your stay

Book your summer holidays with peace of mind, we have relaxed our booking and cancellation conditions.

For all reservations made from 20/05/2020 to 10/07/2020,
for a stay between 01/07/2020 and 31/10/2020:

  • No deposit will be required at the time of booking.
  • The entirety of your stay must be paid 7 days before your arrival.
  • You can cancel your stay free of charge up to D-7 before arrival and your deposit will be returned*.
  • Cancellation fees will only apply between 7 and the day of arrival: 100% of the price of the stay.

You already have a reservation in progress

You have a stay planned between 20th June and 31st October and you have already paid the deposit: Your reservation is maintained for the moment.

  • The balance will be due no later than 7 days before your arrival (instead of 30 days as before).
  • If you already wish to cancel your reservation, we will carry forward your deposit as a credit note for a period of 18 months from the date of cancellation. In accordance with the government order* of 25th March 2020, we will not take any modification fees. For any stay postponed to 2021, we guarantee that the 2020 rate will be maintained. Only a difference in price may apply in the event of a change in price season and/or type of apartment.

*The government issued Order No. 2020-315 on March 25 to support tourism businesses in the pursuit of their activities while protecting the consumer. It provides for the postponement of stays in the form of a credit note valid for any new reservation for 18 months. If at the end of the 18 months, the stay could not be carried out, the unused credit will be refunded to you. For more information: click here.

Arrival days - Greater flexibility in covid-19 period

From 27/06/20 to 01/08/20: short stays (minimum 3 nights), weekly stays or for the duration of your choice with free arrival and departure days.

From 01/08/20 to 19/09/20: possibility to book for a week (7 nights) with arrival and departure days on Saturday or Sunday.

From 19/09/20 to 31/10/20: short stays (minimum 3 nights), weekly stays or for the duration of your choice with free arrival and departure days.

Reopening of the residence

Our residence will remain closed until June 12th included for the moment and we take reservations from June 13th.  We will keep an eye out for any new information allowing us to fix our reopening dates.

Your safety and well-being is our priority. In the meantime, we are putting our energy and resources into ensuring that all sanitary measures are in place on the day of our reopening. We are working on it and will not fail to inform you soon. We are waiting for June 2, when the government will decide on the resumption of our activity, to keep you informed of the sanitary protocol put in place.

Hygiene comes first

In the current context, the Arinella residence is reinventing itself to welcome you in the best conditions by implementing additional measures based on health and safety standards. This list is likely to evolve in the coming days according to government recommendations and health authorities.

  • Installation of plexiglass windows and marked safety distances on the ground at the reception desk.
  • Provision of hydro-alcoholic gel in the common areas of the residences.
  • New procedure for handing over the keys on arrival and departure.
  • The maintenance equipment is for single use only.
  • The maintenance of the accommodation, bed linen and towels is carried out by external companies whose ability to respect the defined protocols has been checked by us.
  • Reinforced display of barrier gestures and hygiene measures in the common areas.
  • Generalized wearing of masks and gloves by our teams within the framework of their interventions on sites.
  • Increase in the frequency of cleaning and disinfection of passageways, frequently touched surfaces (reception counter, door handles, etc.), leisure areas. Dedicated people in each residence will be mandated for hygiene and your safety.
  • Optimization of the circulation plan inside the residence to avoid clients coming close to each other.
  • Training of employees in health and safety procedures.

We ask you to respect the government regulations concerning travel and the sanitary measures put in place at the residence.
